Senior Project Manager - Implementation - Remote

Overview

Finvi is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Senior Project Manager who will take a consultative approach to oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS product for new and existing clients.

In Short

• Join a small, early-stage Services team responsible for developing implementation tools and processes for a new to market product.
• Ability to influence the implementation methodology using your experience in SaaS implementations.
• Partner closely with the Product organization on a rapidly evolving, new to market product.
• Implement a product poised to revolutionize the RCM industry.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our SaaS solution.
• Facilitate client onboarding sessions and product kick-off meetings.
• Develop relationships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Proactively identify potential project risks or delays.
• Ensure customers are adequately trained on the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing complex SaaS product implementations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience using project management tools like Smartsheet, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred experience in bringing a new SaaS product to market.
• High-level understanding of Fintech specific product risks.
