Finvi is looking for a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

In Short

• This position will be remote.
• The Director of GRC will manage the company's risk mitigation and audit compliance strategies.
• Requires strong accounting and controls auditing background.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess, mitigate, and monitor risks.
• Ensure robust governance and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Primary point of contact with outside auditing firms.
• Assist in the design and building of complex GRC frameworks.
• Flexibility to operate tactically and strategically.
• Entrepreneurial opportunity in an emerging PE backed tech company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Background in accounting and auditing; CPA qualification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of GRC frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience in managing internal and external audits.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex topics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
