Director of Compliance Risk Assessment - Remote

Overview

The Director will manage compliance risk through leadership of a team of risk assessment and testing professionals within DTCC's Compliance Practices group.

In Short

• Lead the Compliance Risk Assessment program.
• Manage the Testing team for compliance controls.
• Identify control deficiencies and assist with corrective actions.
• Review test workpapers and results reports.
• Build relationships with Compliance and business support functions.
• Enhance processes within the Compliance Risk Assessments & Testing group.
• Oversee special projects as needed.
• Champion regulatory awareness across the organization.
• Support ongoing staff education in risk management.
• Foster a risk management attitude across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Compliance or Audit risk assessments/testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong risk identification and assessment skills.
• Skilled in control testing development and execution.
• Strong writing skills for testing reports.
