Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant will offer business expertise, strategic planning, oversight, industry knowledge, and application expertise in the use and implementation of Finvi’s Velosidy software. This role focuses on best practices to maximize the value clients receive from our solutions, all within the established budgets and project goals.

In Short

• Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and design tailored solutions.
• Lead the implementation of Velosidy solutions for clients.
• Provide configuration guidance and application training to clients.
• Ensure ongoing positive interactions with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues promptly.
• Partner with Project Manager to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation by recommending opportunities for new product features.
• Demonstrate product and industry knowledge in the Revenue Cycle.
• Serve as a client-facing consultant throughout the implementation process.
• Maintain routine communications with the project team on all project issues.

Requirements

• Four to six years related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience implementing and supporting a SaaS application.
• Proficient in desktop support tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services processes.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and business concepts.
• Customer service oriented.
• Demonstrated capability to solve complex problems.
• Working knowledge of functional product areas.
• Ability to work with minimum guidance.
