In Short

  • Architect and maintain gameplay systems by writing clean code and collaborating with designers.
  • Create and improve tools for designers and artists to enhance content creation workflows.
  • Collaborate with producers and project managers to estimate tasks and create development schedules.
  • Build responsive UI elements in collaboration with the design team.
  • Review feature designs and provide technical feedback on feasibility and costs.
  • Participate in a highly collaborative and agile environment.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and build tools to automate tasks.
  • Conduct performance analysis and profiling to optimize game performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve game performance issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent experience, with over 8 years in software development.
  • Expert-level programming skills in C# and experience with source control systems like GIT or Perforce.
  • Deep proficiency with Unity and ability to architect complex gameplay systems.
  • Proven experience in performance optimization across all platforms.
  • Experience in mobile development for both Android and iOS.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Fluency in French and English.
