Overview

As a Paralegal at CoLab, you will support the legal team by managing a high volume of agreements and streamlining legal workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Review, draft, and manage NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Own contract lifecycle management to maintain clean records.
• Identify and reduce friction in legal workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong experience in managing commercial contracts.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communicator, especially with non-legal teams.
• Systems thinker with a focus on process improvement.
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail.
