Overview

As a Commercial Legal Counsel at CoLab, you will be the first line of legal support for the company's go-to-market engine, focusing on negotiating SaaS contracts and collaborating with Sales and Security to ensure data protection.

Requirements

• Extensive legal experience, preferably in-house counsel.
• Expertise in negotiating complex customer contracts.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws across US, Canada, and Europe.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using legal-focused software applications.
• Experience in governance, employment, or intellectual property law is a plus.
