Requirements

• 2+ years of HR/People Business Partnering experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees.
• Hands-on experience with Manager Coaching and Employee Relations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with EOS and HR tech stacks is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and work ethic required.
• Experience in a high-growth/startup environment is beneficial.
• Must enjoy working with a diverse team.
