Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong generalist knowledge across the HR value chain.
• Excellent advisory and consulting skills.
• Solid understanding of South African labour legislation.
• Experience working with Centres of Excellence.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
