As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Product Domain who can lead product strategy, elevate product talent, and drive delivery excellence across a critical domain within our fintech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years leading within a product domain in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience managing Product Owners and/or Business Analysts.
• Strong understanding of financial services or retail environments.
• Exposure to payments or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of systems and product delivery lifecycle.
• Recognised qualification in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
