Overview

This role is for a creative doer who enjoys fast-paced environments and wants to make a visible impact in a growing market by driving Mukuru’s digital presence and promotional activity in Zambia.

In Short

• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate digital competitions and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research on digital trends and track campaign performance.
• Coordinate logistics for events and manage suppliers.
• Work closely with Campaign Managers and the broader marketing team.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms is essential.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Initiative and creativity are core competencies.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (High School Certificate) – essential.
• Qualification or field of study in Marketing – advantageous.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Content creation skills (static and video).
