Digital Production Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Movement Strategy is looking for a Digital Production Coordinator to oversee our Asset Management. You will report to the VP, Head of Production and work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager. The Digital Production Coordinator manages the MediaValet DAM platform by ensuring digital assets are properly uploaded, tagged, organized, and audited while training team members and enforcing metadata standards. They also oversee digital production operations by tracking project deliverables, coordinating updates, supporting production workflows, managing vendor relationships, and liaising with IT to ensure efficient tool integration and troubleshooting.

• Full-Time position with remote work options from Los Angeles, New York, or Denver.
• Manage digital asset management using MediaValet DAM platform.
• Ensure assets are uploaded, tagged, and organized properly.
• Train team members on DAM usage and enforce metadata standards.
• Track project deliverables and support production workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate with IT for tool integration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct audits of the DAM for organization and gaps identification.
• Support the creative/production teams with general assistance.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in digital production coordination or similar role.
• Basic understanding of Digital Asset Management systems, preferably MediaValet.
