The Digital Coordinator is a key member of the Communication department’s award-winning digital team, responsible for managing social media and digital content to reflect the mission of the Innocence Project.

• Manage day-to-day social media channels and digital content.
• Assist in content planning and audience growth.
• Develop digital content including Tiktoks and Instagram Reels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and external partners.
• Monitor and report on social media performance.
• Engage with social media communities and respond to comments.
• Coordinate rapid-response communications during breaking news.
• Script and produce compelling video content for social media.
• Translate complex issues into accessible digital content.
• Stay updated on social trends and platform changes.
