Overview

As a Payment Ops Associate Manager at Aspire, you will ensure the success and accuracy of all payment flows within Aspire’s platform, managing day-to-day payment processing and troubleshooting payment issues.

In Short

• Monitor, report & improve payment performance
• Investigate & process non-automated payments
• Advise & support reconciliation setup of payment flows
• Document non-reconciled transactions and ledger discrepancies
• Suggest solutions to automate payment processing
• Draft & maintain payment SOPs
• Report on payment metrics
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations teams
• Liaise with auditors on payment-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in payments
• Expertise in reconciliation and settlement/payment operations
• Detail-oriented and risk averse
• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong communication skills
