Overview

The Associate Payment Operations Analyst is responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions in payment processing, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a complex Customer Service role.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Technical literacy and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Research and investigate payment exceptions.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
