• Join a growing Operations team as a Payment Operations Analyst.
• Ensure smooth invoicing and payment processing each month.
• Support customers with payment-related inquiries.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience (or 4+ years without a degree).
• Startup experience in operations or customer support.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management.
• Strong attention to detail with financial information.
• Experience in customer service and direct customer interaction.
• Interest in A/R management, invoicing, payments, or collections.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and Aircall is a plus.
