• Run weekly team meetings to address challenges.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases for efficient sourcing.
• Work closely with leadership on strategy and reporting.
• Join pre-development meetings to define instructor requirements.
• Analyze search briefs for key hiring criteria.
• Oversee sourcing efforts across multiple channels.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing workflow.
• Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics.
