• Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction.
• Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content.
• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Fellows.
• Collaborate closely with operations personnel for smooth program delivery.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.
• Maintain professionalism and interact courteously with Fellows and staff.
• Prepare diligently for lectures to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Be responsive and empathetic to Fellows during lessons.
• Contribute to course improvement through feedback.
• Foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, test automation, SDET, or QA roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Experience training learners on foundational technical skillsets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Certification in SDET or related areas.
