Software Tester - Remote

You love high-quality software and have an eye for usability? You enjoy working with software and IT topics? To ensure the usability and quality of our Wiki software BlueSpice, we are looking for a Software Tester to support our team.

In Short

• Plan and conduct manual integration, functional, and regression tests, as well as technical tests like interface tests, API tests, XML analyses, etc.
• Analyze, evaluate, and document test results including identification of bugs and usability issues.
• Check user interfaces for compliance with design guidelines and standards.
• Work with developers and the product team to fix errors and make improvement suggestions.
• Create test specifications, test plans, and test cases.
• Prepare test data for specific test cases.

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT field and several years of professional experience in conducting manual tests.
• Good eye for usability details and strong knowledge of design principles and user interface standards.
• High quality awareness.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Open communication style and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent in German and English.
