• Perform manual testing on bug fixes and new features.
• Write test cases for the automation team.
• Perform regression testing for new versions.
• Interact with Tier 2 Engineers for testing tickets.
• Knowledge of Manual and Regression software testing required.
• Experience with Focus School Software or similar SIS product preferred.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail is essential.
