In Short

• Join the Tier 1 Technical Support / QA team.
• Assist in supporting Focus product as needed.
• Provide ERP accounting support through Zendesk ticketing system, email, and calls.
• Serve as liaison for Finance staff in Focus customers.
• Test changes in functionality for Quality Assurance.
• Communicate with QA / Automation Engineering Manager on open issues.
• Assist the sales team with system functionality questions.
• Maintain and meet deadlines for testing completion.
• Background in educational settings preferred.
• Attention to detail is crucial.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position within education or software technology.
• Fund accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge of employee processing, compensation, and benefits.
• Demonstrate solid character and integrity.
• Attention to fine details is a personal priority.
• Background in educational setting strongly preferred.
