Overview

The Finance/Accounting Support - Payroll role involves processing employee payments and supporting payroll and accounting activities.

In Short

• Process biweekly and monthly payrolls for timely payments.
• Review data accuracy for new hires and terminations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile ledger accounts.
• Assist with payroll audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Balance and verify employee paid time off accruals.
• Resolve discrepancies related to payroll taxes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of payroll experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing company.
• Onsite/hybrid position in Palm Bay, Florida.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
