Overview

The Customer Service Representative will manage standard order processes, support customer inquiries, and collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction in the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in Customer Operations or Inside Sales.
• Strong knowledge of customer service processes.
• Experience with order management systems like SAP, Model N, or Oracle.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
