Overview

Renesas is seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to join their product development team, focusing on the lifecycle of integrated circuits (IC) from concept to mass production, ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Drive new IC development ensuring manufacturability at high volume.
• Manage product family to improve mass production quality and performance.
• Full product lifecycle ownership from concept to mass production.
• Define ATE characterization and safe ramp plans for new products.
• Coordinate product QA processes with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize production yield and throughput.
• Define mass production test limits and spec compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help improve analysis tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with global teams to achieve milestones.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IC manufacturing and development.
• Background in test engineering, wafer process, or quality.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High flexibility in managing workloads.
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of ATE test development is a plus.
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire is a plus.
