Product Engineer - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Product Engineer who will act as a technical compass for product initiatives, bridging user needs with product design and engineering execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or 3+ years as a Product Engineer in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in technical scoping and end-to-end delivery.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform limitations and technical concepts.
• Strong user-first mindset.
• Experience with AI-powered product features is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Nice-to-have: Technical background and German language skills.
