Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

The Partner Experience Specialist provides support to active process servers who are employed or contracted with ABC Legal Services, including answering questions, resolving issues, managing and distributing work, and addressing performance concerns. This position is remote but must be located in Oklahoma.

In Short

• Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers
• Oversee distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
• Work in Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are dispatched and fulfilled
• Monitor process server status to ensure they can accept and complete work
• Obtain status of orders via phone calls, fax, and court docket
• Collaborate with team members to find broken processes or inefficiencies
• Resolve issues on task board in Skye

Requirements

• Customer service or IT experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with Legal Process is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
