Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus
