Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

This position is the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about Wind River Environmental’s products and services. The CSR takes ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all the consumer products and services we offer.

In Short

• Fully remote position, with a requirement to live within 30 miles of a WRE branch.
• Handles a large volume of inbound calls related to various service offerings.
• Provides engaging and educational customer service.
• Schedules residential pumping services and documents calls.
• Maintains order management system by entering service orders.
• Resolves customer problems and fulfills requests.
• Works in a metric/goal-driven environment.
• Ability to manage a heavy load of calls.
• Requires strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• Previous customer service experience is necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure.
• Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn procedures quickly.
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
