Rep, Order Management Team I - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for handling customer orders and ensuring completion of assigned tasks within Tier I responsibilities in accordance with standard operating procedures and service level expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3 years of high volume order entry or relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn operating procedures quickly.
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
