Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service/order management.
• Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.
• Strong communication, self-organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Moderate Excel skills required.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
