As a member of the Enterprise Data Team, you will lead the implementation of industry-leading data management practices, collaborating with a dynamic team and driving innovative projects.

• Lead a team of Data Steward Analysts and Business Analysts.
• Act as a point of contact for offshore data analyst teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Deep expertise in data management processes.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and statistical methods for AI/ML.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical skills in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience in banking or financial operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles.
• Ability to drive projects and learn new concepts quickly.
• Experience with work management tools like JIRA.
