Overview

As a Team Lead at Reserv, you will provide support to a Claims manager with leadership and technical responsibilities, overseeing work done within the Commercial Property adjusting staff while leveraging technology and analytics to improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance claims experience, especially in commercial property.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a remote setting.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Integrity and accountability in handling sensitive information.
