Overview

As the Order Management Lead, you will lead a global team managing distributor orders in the biopharma industry, focusing on process improvements and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, commercial or economics.
• 3+ years in MTO/ATO order management.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experienced with SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong planning and leadership skills.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of import/export compliance.
• Proactive problem solver.
