Overview

As an OM Enterprise Manager at Motive, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s growth efforts, working closely with our Enterprise GTM organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by managing complex deals from initiation to closure. You will understand client needs and ensure smooth deal execution.

In Short

  • Monitor and support deals in the Enterprise segment.
  • Create scalable processes to improve efficiency in deal closure.
  • Manage and build a world-class team to support the Enterprise Segment.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Draft and review contracts for compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize deal terms.
  • Monitor deal progress and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting on deal performance.
  • Anticipate Sales requirements and provide solutions.
  • Support top deal negotiations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Enterprise at a fast-growing SaaS.
  • Success in managing and building a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.
  • Understanding of CPQ and Subscription management systems.
  • Experience with billing systems like Zuora is recommended.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles.
