Temporary Accounting Clerk – Finance Team Support - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Temp to support our Finance Team during a busy period! This is a full-time, temporary role (8 AM – 5 PM Central Time) expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks.

In Short

• Clerical and Data Entry Support
• Assist with client onboarding, using existing recorded training materials.
• Support project setup—run through the setup process and prepare for review by senior team members.
• Enter and upload labor hours to NetSuite manually while system issues are resolved.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Quick learner who can pick up tasks from video training.
• Comfortable working independently and documenting workflows and metrics.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar systems is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent documentation habits are key—track what’s done and how.
• This is a short-term assignment with no current plans to convert to permanent.
