In Short

  • Own the customer experience from contract signing to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct periodic check-in meetings with customers to ensure smooth operation.
  • Drive expansion of services and software licensing through outreach strategies.
  • Create customer advocates and improve net promoter scores.
  • Act as a point of contact for requests requiring cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Ensure customer voice is represented in service planning discussions.
  • Arrange product education sessions for clients.
  • Deliver updates and training on service and product innovations.
  • Promote client awareness of features and best practices.
  • Contribute to service and license renewal strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proven track record in customer success or account management.
  • Understanding of software licensing and service delivery.
