Overview

Zócalo Health is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Manager to join the Growth and Strategy Team. This role combines elements of strategic partnership management and network development to ensure seamless collaboration with commercial and Medicaid/Medicare managed care payers.

In Short

• Support high-impact partnerships with healthcare entities and community organizations.
• Represent Zócalo at regional and statewide meetings and community events.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Review and manage payer contracts for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient contracting workflows.
• Develop workflows for provider onboarding.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments for business development.
• Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in healthcare administration or business development.
• Understanding of value-based care models and regulatory standards.
• Experience in network development or provider credentialing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
