  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws is desired.
  • Ability to audit and reconcile data from multiple systems.
  • Experience coordinating between international teams is beneficial.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required.
