Our client, a leading provider of third-party logistics solutions, is seeking a highly organized Senior Admin Coordinator to support client services and operational efficiency. This role serves as a key point of contact for handling client and departmental status inquiries related to special projects, inbound receipt, order fulfillment, and returns processing. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in report generation, and a background in a 3PL environment, we encourage you to apply.

In Short

  • Perform general clerical tasks to support inventory control and operational activities.
  • Implement activities associated with project set-up and execution.
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Handle daily order processing and manage order status updates.
  • Distribute reports and ensure timely billing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage special projects.
  • Conduct research and problem resolution by analyzing order details.
  • Serve as a backup for other Administrative Coordinators.
  • Participate in Client Satisfaction Team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience in report generation and operational analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with database and order processing systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with ownership of responsibilities.
