Requirements

• 6+ years of People/HR experience, with 2+ years in HRBP roles.
• Experience with Technical teams preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
• Ability to balance strategic partnership and execution.
• Knowledge of compensation principles.
• Empathy and understanding for diverse groups.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for coaching and mentoring others.
