• Support technical teams with strategic people initiatives.
• Act as coaches and trusted advisors on talent management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP in a tech company.
• Proven expertise in conflict resolution.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Great sense of humor.
