Overview

As the Engineering Manager of Software QA, you will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of quality assurance for Agility’s robotics software, ensuring software releases are reliable, performant, and ready for real-world deployment.

• Ensure robust documentation of QA processes and tooling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in software QA or systems validation.
• Proven experience testing complex systems—robotics or embedded systems preferred.
• Track record of building and managing QA teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of robotics hardware and software QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with QA frameworks and tools for robotics.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.
