Manager, Software Engineering - Remote

Overview

As the engineering manager, you will be responsible for a team that supports and enhances ATPCO’s pricing software, playing a crucial role in making key technical decisions to build scalable, cost-effective solutions.

• Champion best engineering practices (e.g., Test-driven development, CI/CD, Microservices).
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on system architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
