Overview

As a Senior Robotics QA Test Engineer at Agility Robotics, you will ensure the reliability, functionality, and robustness of our daily software releases through structured testing, debugging, and validation processes for our fleet of Digit robots.

In Short

• Execute and oversee daily software release testing on Digit robots.
• Identify, analyze, and log software issues.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve software bugs.
• Develop structured test cases and scenarios.
• Integrate automated validation tests into the QA pipeline.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex issues.
• Generate detailed test reports and maintain QA documentation.

Requirements

• MS in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong experience in robotics software testing and validation.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex robotic systems.
• Familiarity with software debugging tools and log analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python.
• Experience with robot simulation environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting technical findings.
