Overview

The Senior People Business Partner (PBP) will lead HR services and partnerships to support the strategic goals of Cohere Health, a clinical intelligence company focused on improving patient care through AI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR Business Partnership experience.
• 4+ years in change management in a tech environment.
• Experience in tech/health tech environments.
• Knowledge across all HR facets.
• Ability to understand organizational structure and talent practices.
• Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Empathetic and skilled in developing solutions.
• Proficient with ADP, Google Suite, and Slack.
