Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Work closely with informaticists, clinicians, data scientists, and ML/AI engineers to develop data-driven and evidence-based approaches to transforming utilization management. Contribute to the Company’s healthcare data analytics to meet quality, cost, and service objectives through statistical data analysis methods including clinical and financial risk tracking, models to impact experience, cost, quality, and opportunity analysis.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis on claims and clinical data.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to build provider and patient profiles.
• Develop scalable statistical data models to predict health outcomes.
• Identify key predictors for behavior change.
• Work cross-functionally with data and product teams.
• Disseminate findings to key stakeholders.
• Apply predictive modeling techniques to business problems.
• Evaluate industry trends in database systems.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders for business requirements.
• Utilize data analytical tools such as R, SQL, and Python.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with advanced modeling techniques (machine learning, time-series forecasting).
• Data mining and algorithm development experience.
• Experience in developing rating models.
• Conduct data analysis on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
• Integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS and Azure.
