In Short

• Analyze customer and user journeys to provide actionable insights.
• Establish standardized metrics and perform in-depth analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Product, and Marketing.
• Use SQL and BI tools to analyze user behavior and customer funnels.
• Forecast KPIs and drive effective decision-making.
• Maintain data quality and availability in collaboration with the Data Engineering team.
• Create impactful presentations focused on insights.
• Partner with various teams to resolve business problems and create growth plans.
• Manage relationships and deliverables independently.
• Contribute to a dynamic work environment with a focus on collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst, data scientist, or BI Engineer.
• 4+ years of SaaS / consumer app experience.
• Expert capabilities with SQL and Tableau; Python experience is a plus.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with advanced functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative skills and ability to influence senior business partners.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Curiosity to learn and uncover insights.
