Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years as a business partner or similar.
• Ability to quickly form relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic work environment leveraging emotional intelligence.
• Ability to navigate employee relations issues with an empathetic approach.
