In Short

  • Respond to provider queries in a timely and accurate way via ZenDesk.
  • Identify provider needs and enable providers to use specific proprietary provider tools.
  • Analyze and report on product errors.
  • Update internal databases with information about accounts and technical issues.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Manage and support our active provider network.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Modern Health provider journey.
  • Create, maintain, and improve on our tools and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
  • Complete process improvement projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a support agent or similar role.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of how database systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Structured thinker and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Comfortable working across multiple technical systems.
  • Initiative and ability to build things from scratch.
  • Great at building relationships and identifying pain points.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
