The Provider Support Agent is responsible for communicating with business partners and ensuring compliance with procedures and policies while providing excellent customer service.

• Full-time position as a Provider Support Agent.

• Report weekly to Team Lead on performance and improvements.
• Weekend availability required.
• Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Related practice experience and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Weekend availability required.
• Shift differential for evening, night, and weekend hours.
